I do all sales offline now, to avoid any customer data being kept on the website. To order, please email me your list of items, along with your name, address and local contact number and I can then contact you to give you a shipping quote and take your order.

Dispatch and Shipping times and costs

Please note that once an order is confirmed we then make up the components into finished kits and dispatch. We try to dispatch from here within 5 working days of order but this can vary depending on workload by up to 2 weeks.

For UK items up to 2KG in shipping weight we use Royal Mail within the UK. Over 2KG we need to use a courier.

Taxes

We are a very small specialist business with a relatively low turnover and therefore are not registered for VAT. This means that no UK tax is applied to your order.

Orders from Outside the UK

Customs charges and VAT

For  overseas orders we now operate by sending items by courier and, where possible, we do this with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) – this means we get a quote for you from the courier including any import taxes for your country and we advise you of the total amount to be paid before you finally commit to any order.

Again, please email me with your full list of items and your full delivery address complete with a local phone number and I will then send you a quotation for the full amount.

Currency

Your orders are priced for you in GBP.  Payment is done by paypal and they will apply the daily currency exchange rate to Paypal invoices
